Experience and competence in assembling and managing a team of experts from a variety of disciplines and organizational levels to develop solutions to wide-ranging and sophisticated business challenges. Experienced project manager or leader *Progress tracking* *Project Management/Planning: Experience with creation of detailed work plans using automated tools, preferably MS Project* *Project Management of Application Development and Support of CICS/DB2/Cobol/JCL Mainframe systems using ChangeMan CNTL-M* Project plan development Resource planning and management Scope management Strong verbal communications skills with ability to clearly present information and ideas to groups of ten or more managers and/or staff. Excellent organization, analytical, and communication skills *Mainframe Application Experience (SQL/COBOL/JCL/DB2) Including ability to Identify and create* Web and client-server application development experience, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support Web Project management experience designing, planning and coordinating work teams.
