Thanks.!!! *Job Title: Business Analyst(433331)* *Location: Washington DC* *Duration: 12 months* *Rate: $45/hour on c2c or 1099* *In person interviews* *Local candidates only- VA, DC, MD * Senior Business Analyst Level 3 4-7 Years - We require a person with an advanced working knowledge and experience with crystal reports, with strong working knowledge of SQL databases and SQL server. Meets with customer and reads designs and uses software tools to gather requirements, analyze needs, identify risks, propose designs, wrote documentation, and carry out financial analysis. DFS has implemented the JutisceTrax (JT) Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) V3.7 which will be utilized across the whole of DFS. LIMS will provide a centralized system to manage case workload, improve turnaround times, and assure the integrity of evidence received, tracking of evidence through electronic chain of custody, request for service management, as well as record examinations and the final reported results. DFS has also implemented STaCS DNA to track and record both serology and DNA analysis. The IT Business Analyst will work within the IT Unit within the DFS. The IT Business Analyst will work with the agency IT lead, LIMS and STaCS system administrators, as well as the AIS project to understand and collect all data elements required for reporting purposes. We require a person with an advanced working knowledge and experience with crystal reports. As both systems are SQL based, the successful person will also possess a strong working knowledge of SQL databases and SQL Server. The person will be required to manage and coordinate a whole of organizational approach to DFS reporting requirements. This will include the design, development and implementation of number of different report type such as, statistical and performance reports, result worksheets, and generation of client final reports. We require a person with an advanced working knowledge and experience with crystal reports.
