-Plan, architect, design and manage technical solutions, which cater to
various business groups/clients of Operations and Compliance.
-Build and sustain a strong team of developers, ensure there are no
single-man risk dependencies on the system.
-Effectively communicate to all the stake-holders about planned changes
(other app teams, infrastructure, business).
-Talk to the business sponsors to help gather requirements.
-Taking accountability for controlled and smooth change management process.
-Ensure that the code produced by the team is functional and highly
maintainable.
-Enforce development best practices and standards.
*JOB SPECIFICATIONS::Required Skills:*
-5 + years of experience working as oracle developer.
-5 + years of experience in software development using Core Java, Perl, SQL
and Shell.
-Strong Oracle, PL SQL, MS SQL Server 2000, MS Access
-Strong Java, JavaScript, XML, ANSI-SQL, Transact SQL, Html
