*Job Description:* IBM Web Sphere’s IIB/WTX SME - Primary responsibility is to be subject matter expert for IIB / WTX. - Mass migration from old unsupported technology to new IIB / WTX. - We have a second initiative coming to EEMS to support another business segment, which will utilize this technology and has Offshore restrictions. - 5 + Years of experience - Production Support - EEMS Application - Subject Matter Expert to whole team - Primary support contact for Offshore restrictions - Tracking and trending of activity through IIB including monitoring - Work with onshore lead / coordinator, planning work for offshore team - Incident and Problem ticket support - IIB Expertise - 3 years or more - Familiarity with WTX - Java and Unix - Healthcare industry experience a plus - Familiarity Eligibility systems - Experience working with offshore teams.
