Title: Functional Consultant, JDA(i2) Location : Minneapolis/MN Duration : 12 months/Contract Interview Mode: Phone and Skype *Job Description (Please provide summary of the position): * As a part of JDA Centre of Excellence for Retail & CPG/Distribution, this role will be responsible for providing functional expertise around JDA (i2)’s Transportation suite of solutions, including JDA Transportation Manager, Transportation Planner, Modeler, Logistics Procurement, Business Analytics and other transportation solutions from JDA. *Responsibilities:* · During implementation and consulting engagements o Lead Requirements and design workshops around JDA (i2) Transportation suite o Perform fit-gap analysis to help customer understand how requirements can be met with functionality within the solution and provide alternative solutions, where there is a gap with product functionality o Install and implement product in POC/staging environment o Configure the solution to be able to meet the functional needs of the customer o Lead creation of System and UAT test cases o Develop End user training materials and deliver training, where needed o Functional support on the solution, post go-live · As a part of the CoE o Document leading practices related to domestic and international transportation from a US 3PL and distributor/retailer standpoint o Continuously update knowledge on latest JDA (i2) Transportation suite releases, new enhancements and changes to product functionality o Implement the latest releases of JDA solution within the CoE environment and update the demo/documentation accordingly o Pre-sales support o Document “white spaces” – lack of functionality – and build TCS proprietary assets to help our customers with faster time to value o Work with L&D to build a certification program for training TCS consultants on the JDA application o Train TCS associates on product functionality to help with account ramp-up and build up the skill-set within TCS *Professional Skills:* · Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills · Excellent analytical and problem solving skills · Self-starter with high level of initiative and commitment to timelines · Team Player, who can mentor other associates and work in a multi-cultural environment · Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required · Willingness to travel to customer locations. *Qualifications: (Please list all required qualifications)* *Minimum Qualifications:* · Expert with configuration of JDA (i2) Transportation Suite of products including but not limited to o Transportation Manager o Transportation Planner o Transportation Modeler o Logistics Procurement o Freight Order Management o Business Analytics · Knowledgeable with JDA (i2) Transportation Suite data model and data requirements. · Detailed understanding of domestic and import transportation and distribution operations from a North American distributor/retailer standpoint · At least 5 years of experience working with JDA (i2) Transportation suite of products, with at least two end to end implementation experiences. · Prior implementation experience on JDA (i2) Transportation suite of products, in a functional role. · BA/BS degree *Desired Qualifications:* · Advanced degree preferred · Previous Consulting Experience · Experience with proposal development *Thanks & Rega**rds* *Sr. Technical Resource Specialist* *214-628-5329\ nik...@vastika.com <nik...@vastika.com>* *1200 W Walnut Hill Ln.
