Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect Location: Chicago, IL Length: 1 month (180 hours ) Start: ASAP Interview: phone Rate: 70/HR + expenses PLEASE INCLUDE CERTIFICATIONS, Current Location, PTO upcoming and ability to Travel. Overview: The TA designs & manages the technical solution for the project. Salesforce Technical Architect will design Salesforce and Legacy System access for internal and external users utilizing Salesforce Identity product. Responsibilities: Ensures technical solution is supported by project budget and timeline as business requirements evolve Assists in staffing the project and developing work estimates Responsible for the Solution Blueprint Articulates design tradeoffs effectively to delivery team, customer business stakeholders and IT resources Provides delivery frameworks that ensure quality and success Documents the technical solution design for the purpose of customer sign-off and/or customer hand-off Oversees developers and data resources Code and architect reviews Required Skills: · *MUST BE SFDC CERTIFIED!!!* · *Experience Service Cloud, Analysis and Design!!!* · *At least 5 years of experience in SFDC* · *Proven functional/technical experience with at least 2 full lifecycles of SalesForce.com implementation* · *Excellent data integration experience* · *Understanding of app integration with CTI* · *Experience with Service Cloud Implementation* · *Must be a technical architect with Integration expertise * · Experience in requirements gathering and preparing Functional Design documents and Use Case documents · Strong knowledge of CRM (Sales, Marketing, Service) processes · Strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC · Strong technical foundation including; Advanced structured programming · Understands complex ETL and data migration practices and has performed at least 1 complex data migration to Salesforce.com · Understanding of Infrastructure/Software Development and/or Solution Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology · Familiarity with version control and Agile/iterative development methodology · Excellent troubleshooting, impact analysis, and issue resolution skills · Ability to adapt and develop solutions on-the-fly with clients/prospects and help train others · High degree of interpersonal skills; proven ability to work well in team settings · Proficiency in verbal and written communications (including presentation skills) and interpersonal skills *Thanks & Regards * *Teja * Aura analytics LLC Email: [email protected] Contact: 408-819-2054 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Business_Intelligence" group.
