*Sr. Java Architect **with Identity Framework*

*Notes:*

·       Java Architect will need to be able to describe to a Sr. Java
developer (10-15 yrs. experience) the different principles of Java
development as it pertains to Identity & Access Management frameworks.
Doesn't have to be ForgeRock - that is no longer necessary.

·       They need someone who understands the basis of an identity
framework.

·       Can put together a high level/detailed Java application design that
a senior developer could follow without any identity experience.

·       Building custom java components.

·       Most of their senior developers have 15-20 years of Java on the
team, so this person would need to hold their own.

·       They would need to successfully communicate the basics around a new
build.



*Responsibilities:*

·       Works closely with IAM Architect to identify key IAM technical
components and features aligned to project requirements, assists in
prioritizing development efforts, help prioritize IAM component work and
assign them to project use cases and sprints.

·       Perform in-depth technical IAM research when needed for assessments
and performance analysis to support, design, and develop new features as
needed.

·       Perform customizations of OpenAM and dependent LDAP directory to
integrate with various applications in the enterprise for customer.

·       Building OpenAM Authentication Modules enabling custom login flows
depending on integration pattern



*Requirements:*

·       Strong Java knowledge.

·       Experience building Java based products and awareness of security
using centralized authentication and authorization modules.

·       Development experience working with LDAP protocol and LDAP Servers
(preferably OpenDJ/OpenDS).

·       Deep LDAPv3 based directory knowledge, UnboundID preferred.

·       Experience with JSP user interface customization

·       Knowledge of building and integrating with RESTful services.

·       Excellent Verbal and written communication skills

·       Experience in the ForgeRock stack (OpenAM, OpenDJ, OpenIDM) as well
as experience creating custom authentication modules a major plus

·       A nice to have: Experience with OpenIDM development for user
provisioning, synchronization and workflows.

·       BS Degree in an IT based discipline.

·       At least 5 years of development experience in Java/J2EE web
applications.

·       At least 1 year of development experience in Forgerock Open AM/Open
SSO preferred
