*Job Description:* *Responsibilities:* - Build Software Development and automation tools that will support, enhance and grow our tools ecosystem - Assist the developer community by improving productivity in development integration and automation - Listen to, prioritize, and document requests and issues, ensuring resolution and follow-up. - Participate in the team workflow to drive innovation and improvements in our core service offerings - Evaluate solutions for teams across a wide range of industries and regulatory requirements - Improve our knowledge base and provide thought leadership in development automation and continuous integration - Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for tier 2/3 emergency events - Create automation scripts, UI’s, and continuous integration systems that enhance and expand our tools ecosystem *Requirements:* - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering OR “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) - 5+ years of experience in software with at least 3 years in design and/or architecture - 2+ years in an Agile, Kanban, Scrum or other development methodology - Must be open to occasional travel and/or work a flexible schedule including the possibility of on-call rotation *Desired Qualifications:* - Demonstrated experience in automation using Chef, Puppet, Jenkins, CFEngine, etc - Strong familiarity with Linux OS and performance optimizations.
