Need some that can do Level 2/3 Support or Drupal and Java applications. In need of a techno-analyst that can help us with supporting our broad stack of client facing/digital applications. This includes, but not limited to, our public and internal websites that leverage Drupal and backend integration, our client secure portal (InSite) that is a Java based application with integration with Oracle and Documentum, and new capabilities like our marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud). *Keys to the position:* 1. Must have experience providing L2 or L3 support on Java and Drupal applications 2. Must have Oracle PL/SQL experience in order to troubleshoot applications - no need write stored procedures but will need to be able to write queries. 3. Must also have platform integration experience. 4. Web Services and SOA experience is a + 5. There is an oncall component since this is providing production support - typically they would receive a couple of calls per month 6. Prior development experience would be a big + 7.
