*Required:*Analyzing contents of the image to determine impact on existing
functionality
Collaborating with full team, business subject matter experts, and other
project resources to determine and communicate impacts into other areas of
HCM
Testing the image contents to validate functionality
Utilizing HP’s Quality Center to update test scripts, execute testing, and
report defects
Executing parallel payroll test
Testing Tax Updates for the production system during the project
Analyzing, designing and testing minor changes to the production system
during the project

*Position requirements:*
Minimally 5 years of experience as a Business  Analyst in PeopleSoft’s  HCM
Modules with focus on Payroll for North America, Time and Labor, Absence
Management
Minimally 2 years of experience in a PeopleSoft implementation or upgrade
for PS HCM
Knowledge of integration between Payroll, Time and Labor and Absence
Management
Experience with HP Quality Center
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong Query Manager, SQL, and Excel skills
