*Job Description::*

*Assignment Details:*-User administration – setting up and managing users,
roles, views, etc.
-Assist teams and individuals with creating and customizing reports and
dashboards
-Work alongside IT, implementation/platform partner, and internal
stakeholders to ensure Salesforce configuration environment supports the
business and technical requirements
-Manage and participate in the software testing process, including devising
test plans, creating and executing test cases, establishing protocols and
appropriate testing environments and coordinating actual software testing
and deployment of updates/change sets
-Participate in ongoing CRM enhancement projects, continuing to identify
areas for improvement and growth in the CRM platform across various
internal stakeholder groups
-Develop and implement training for users and create and maintain desk
reference guides and procedure documentation as well as best practices and
lessons learned in relation to our products and Salesforce configuration
environment
-Other duties as assigned

*Skills & Requirements:*-Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or
university. BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business
Administration and/or related field preferred
-2-3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration
experience, Salesforce certification preferred
-Strong understanding of cloud-based business applications, extensive
experience with data management and reporting, and ability to create and
upkeep comprehensive reports and dashboards
-Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools.
Experience with SQL preferred
-Experience auditing, uncovering and resolving data integrity issues
-Experience with data cleansing and import/export and ETL of large volumes
of data
-Prior work experience on implementation projects that deal with the
creation and management of complex workflow rules, data validation, and
action/process triggers

as a valuable asset in a potential candidate:*-Excellent interpersonal,
time-management and organizational skills
-Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing
recommendations for process improvements
-Prefer experience developing and delivering application usage/best
practice trainings on an ongoing basis for application end users of varying
abilities
