Thanks!* *Location: Atlanta, GA* *Duration: Long-term* *Rate: DOE* *Position 1: Actimize BA* *Responsibilities: * - Perform business analysis to support the deployment of fraud prevention analytical models - Lead/Perform data and quality analysis including data mapping reviews, data validation and remediation, alert validation and issue impact analysis - Communicate with clients to assess solution fit and identify product gaps - Perform statistical analysis and tune our growing model set - Evaluate and respond to business and functional requirement requests *Qualifications:* - 5 + years of Hands On experience in SQL - Statistics/data modeling/analytical background - Customer facing experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience writing detailed specifications - Team oriented and yet able to work independently - Able to thrive in a fast paced environment and learn quickly *Position 2: Actimize PM* *Responsibilities: * - Overall responsibility throughout the project lifecycle including requirements definition, business analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment - Manage all project tasks including schedules, budgets, and resources, to ensure that quality solutions are delivered within time and cost constraints - Build and manage client relationships - Mentor staff with a hands-on approach and foster a learning and growth environment - Actively transform business requirements into creative business solutions using existing products and new ideas that demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking - Prepare project status reports and presentations to keep management, customers and others informed of the project status and issues *Qualifications* - Minimum of 5 years, hands-on, technology experience – A MUST - Minimum of 2 years project management consulting experience for a software vendor - Proven experience managing several major projects involving diverse operations and technology groups - Financial securities industry experience including Risk Management, Compliance, AML or Fraud a plus - Actimize experience - Strong problem solving skills - Proven ability to negotiate and influence business decisions and directions - Excellent organizational skills *Position 3 & 4: Actimize Developer && Actimize Lead* - Develop and implement progamming for the Actimize application to support business requirements and processes. - Plan, coordinate and implement Actimize application elevations, upgrades, routine maintenance and patches. Test and debug coding to ensure that data and functions work as designed. - Monitor and manage the performance of the Actimize application. Regression test as needed. - Configure logic, troubleshoot issues and optimize code for the Actimize application. Prepare detailed documentation of coding updates to ensure accessibility for future reference. - Gather business requirements, prepare design specifications, create and run test cases, and deploy new and updated code using the Agile methodology. - Manage Actimize data analysis profiling and tuning functions to ensure accurate capture of data. - Develop and modify the daily Actimize processes and procedures. - May install RCM and Web Applications. - Implement different components of Actimize – ETS, UDM (Actimize data model), AIS, Modeler and ERCM - Perform production support and if required be on on-call rotation - Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations relating to the systems documentation, policies, and practices. - Perform other related activities as assigned. *Qualifications and experience* · Overall 6-10+ years of experience with minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience in design and implementation of Data requirements of NICE Actimize AML(Anti-Money Laundering) platform · Proven knowledge of ACTIMIZE SAM (suspicious Activity Monitoring), WLF (Watch List Filtering), AIS(Actimize Intelligence Server), RCM(Risk Case Manager) A good knowledge of regulatory requirements related to but not limited to: Bank Secrecy, Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer. · Should have participated in end-to-end project implementation - business and technical requirements, architecture, design, complete test and validation · Database systems: Data Warehousing, ETL, OLAP · Excellent writing skills – proven experience in writing design, development and test documents. · Good software life cycle experience · good communication and presentation skills · Team Oriented approach Regards, *Sharath,* *H**alcyon Solutions, Inc.* 5880 Innovation Drive,Dublin, Ohio 43016 www.halcyonit.com Direct: *614-763-6038* *Email: **skanukun...@halcyonit.com* <skanukun...@halcyonit.com> Gmail: sharathk.usstaff...@gmail.com *Celebrating 25 years in Business !
