Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge management Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and verbal and written communications for technical and non-technical audiences Knowledge of or familiarity with multiple Technology Infrastructure concepts such as, Servers, Virtualization, Networking, Telecommunications, Cloud Computing, End User Computing, File Services. Proficient in using MS Office, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others Demonstrated ability to adhere and promote standard project management tools, procedures and best practices.
