Preference to experience with an MSO.<br> 5+ years’ experience with Amdocs CES portfolio.<br> Exposure and knowledge of TM Forum eTOM and TAM models desired but not required.<br> Bachelor of Science Computer Science or equivalency required.<br> of the new Arcadia back-office. Work with product, business and operations personnel to ensure that features, process flows, and policies are crafted to ensure they are in-line with Arcadia target architectures and systems capabilities so there are no mismatches / re-work.<br> <strong><br> Produce, and maintain the following:</strong><br> ¿ Strategic capabilities based roadmap and architecture for BSS and OSS back-office systems.<br> ¿ Supporting estimation and planning for retail epics/stories and feature delivery within Arcadia.<br> ¿ Assisting executives with justifications for investment and trade offs in technology solutions relative to Arcadia.<br> New, modern back office for Resi Cable. Improved NPS, Better products, Reduced cost<br> <br> <strong>Need / Risk:</strong><br> Additional SME/Architect in the Arcadia project area will ensure that system operational procedures, functionality and capabilities being rapidly developed re built properly into the Arcadia platform.<br> Failure to have this role / position at this time will result in point-solutions being developed which will require re-work/refactoring in Arcadia or will not co-exist with Arcadia. This would result in probable duplicative costs – change in legacy and change in Arcadia.
