<p><strong>Position: DMAS Senior Medicaid Business Analyst (473700)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Location: Richmond, VA</strong></p>

<p><strong></strong>*local candidates strongly preferred<br>*ALL candidates 
MUST be able to attend a personal interview, NO phone interviews, NO Skype, NO 
exceptions</p>
<p><strong>Looking for 10+ years experience</strong><br></p>
<p><br>An experienced Business Analyst with a minimum of 10 years experience 
with Medicaid systems. Must be able to serve as a liaison between business 
users and technical developers. Must be able to prepare system and module 
design specifications based on written requirements and through information 
gathering, such as design sessions and interviews. Requires knowledge and 
experience with HIPAA electronic claim standards. Experience with managed care 
and encounter processing preferred.</p>
