Administration and Base Benefits modules. <br> •Ability to review existing PS 
set-up. Including Ben Programs, eligibility/event rule, rate tables to 
understand overall configuration without supervision <br> •Experience working 
through the life cycle of Open Enrollment. <br> <br> <strong>Brief Job 
Description:</strong> <br> Provide PeopleSoft Benefits Administration and Base 
Benefits expertise for OE configuration design and setup <br> Configure Benefit 
Program Tables for OE <br> Configure Rate Tables for OE <br> Create OE 
schedules and run OE schedule job, check and correct error messages <br> Run 
before and after validation queries <br> Create new benefit plans &amp; 
eligibility rules as required <br> Build and Test OE Configuration <br> 
Knowledge of ACA set-up configuration and form creation and IRS submission <br> 
<br> <strong>Required Skills:</strong> <br> •Experience in working with 
PeopleSoft 9.1 Benefits Administration and Base Benefits modules. <br> •Ability 
to review existing PS set-up. Including Ben Programs, eligibility/event rule, 
rate tables to understand overall configuration without supervision <br> 
•Knowledge of PS data base tables and ability to create benefits related 
queries <br> •Knowledge of both active and retiree benefits set-up including 
health plans, life insurance and spending accounts <br> •ACA set-up and IRS 
form creation and submission <br> •Experience working through the life cycle of
