*Description:*The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, experienced, hands-on Senior Developer with experience in designing the Operational databases for Mortgages and Tailored Lending products, the bedrock of the two critical initiatives within Banking & Lending stream. The candidate should have significant modeling experience and having product behavior knowledge, and should be able to analyze and discuss near-term and long-term requirements with the various stakeholders. Designing of Operational Databases, including logical and physical data models Maintain and Document Data Architecture diagrams and Data Flows Assess the impact of changes on existing business and technology processes, as well as other interfacing systems Assist in coordinating business unit subject matter expert meetings in order to solicit and cross-reference business and functional requirements Assist in the change management and QA/Testing phases of the project by implement software quality assurance initiatives for projects within Wealth Management Some day-to-day support of the Work-Stream Lead?s key run-the-bank responsibilities (e.g., Release Management, Incident Management/troubleshooting) Management reporting including creation, collation & publishing of regional & functional dashboards Work with geographically dispersed teams, specially team(s) in India ------------------------------ Regards: Amer Ali - Sr.IT Recruiter ITBrainiac Inc.
