I have an urgent requirement mentioned below. *Job Role: Supplier/Vendor Operations Specialist* *Location: Orlando, FL* *Duration: Contract* *Job Description:* *Infrastructure Supplier Management & Delivery:* ? Monitor and manage service improvement programs and actions ? Reviews suppliers on the effectiveness of their technology approaches and its implications to the service delivery and other service transition functions ? During periods of transition, facilitate scenario plans and any other required activity ? Ensures end to end supplier service performance meets agreed levels ? Participate in setting yearly organizational goals and objectives and execute against them to ensure departmental objectives are met ? Participate in supplier management improvement programs ? Respond to vendor calls and inquiries as directed by the Manager, Infrastructure Supplier Service Delivery *Customer Service* ? Partner with Disney service owners and ensure vendors/suppliers meet needs as defined at a market competitive rate ? Maintains strong relationships with Segments/Business Units and other Enterprise IT teams to ensure suppliers are delivering business value ? Partner with the IT Service Management and Technical Relationship Management team to ensure that the supplier services and metrics align with the overall service strategy and tool sets. *Skills/Experience* ? 3+ years vendor/supplier services management ? 3+ years of process design and delivery ? Experience working in an ITIL framework organization ? Thorough knowledge of the fundamentals in vendor/supplier management ? Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management ? Excellent team player and comfortable with developing management level communications ? Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences ? Must be able to demonstrate the ability to deal shifting priorities on multiple assignments ? Expertise in IT Relationship Management ? Ability to work with all levels of Management ? Strong ethics ? Ability to articulate Vendor requirements and guidelines. ? Excellent planning and organization skills.
