Demonstrates in-depth knowledge in job-related functional area and of the business. Designs and develops application code from specifications; analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements moderately complex software applications * Under general direction, creates or modifies applications to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results * Is competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of application programming activities * Monitors program execution for expected performance * Prepares, creates, and modifies technical documentation for system software applications * Applies strong analytical & troubleshooting skills.
