<p>Position Description: </p>
<ul>
<li>The Salesforce Developer develops, configures, codes, tests, and debugs 
complex new software, enhancements to existing proprietary software or 
purchased software packages.</li>
<li>Performs technical analysis, design, configuration, and implementation 
support for system integrations and Salesforce customizations</li>
<li>Follows Salesforce.com’s best practices and guidelines in implementing 
solutions.</li>
<li>Possess strong communications skills.</li>
<li>Able to work on multiple concurrent projects.</li>
<li>Ability to proactively participate in customer engagements, follow 
direction from lead technicians, work with customers, and participate in 
technical planning.</li>
<li>Shall maintain a positive working relationship with coworkers, supervisors 
and customers and present a positive team environment and customer focus.</li>
<li>Shall adhere to OCIO work rules.</li>
<li>Communicates and collaborates with other technical resources and 
stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions</li>
<li>Researches and keep current on force.com technologies and communicates 
trends and future needs from a business perspective</li>
</ul>
<p><br><strong>Skills: </strong><br></p>
<ul>
<li>The ability to develop and support applications using Service Cloud, Sales 
Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community, Visual Force, Chatter and the Force.com 
platform.</li>
<li>Conceptualizes, prepares and creates detailed technical specifications from 
which complex programs will be written or configured</li>
<li>Develops solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud 
and Visual Force. Complies with all required Company policies and practices 
relating to the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)</li>
<li>Develops custom applications and perform testing using Salesforce.com APEX 
and Visualforce pages</li>
<li>Writes, tests, analyzes, and implements high quality code according to 
specifications</li>
<li>Understands and leverage the Salesforce provided APIs and components of 
Salesforce AppExchange for developing custom objects</li>
<li>Creates reports and dashboards using Salesforce to meet the reporting and 
analytical requirements of the business users</li>
<li>Provides Tier II Support for Salesforce applications and manage service 
tickets needing escalation to Salesforce</li>
<li>Supports Salesforce.com configuration tasks such as field/page updates, 
workflows, automated approvals</li>
