<p><br>Purpose of Position: <br>Customize an already existing Access database 
to create more tracking and reporting ability.</p>
<p><br>Description: <br>This position will take an already created Access 
software program and modify and enhance it to meet NVMHI’s programming needs. 
The database/system will need to be able to have individual’s assigned to 
different groups, track the individual’s progress through the groups, along 
with tracking treatment goals and summaries. The system will need to be able to 
recognize when each new quarterly cycle starts and to change the groups for 
those cycles. The groups will need to contain the time, date and/or location of 
each one. The database needs to be able to work within one current cycle and be 
able to update and change data for the upcoming cycle/quarter. It will also 
need to produce reports preferably in Crystal to track things such as an 
Individual schedule, groups’ attendance, progress report and to be able to 
produce/identify these reports by year/cycle/groups. The system will need to 
support approximately 40 users updating and running reports off of it. No SQL 
database needed. The system needs to continue to be set-up with MS Access 
front-end being on the user’s desktop and the back-end on the network 
server.<br>The anticipated start date for this assignment is IMMEDIATE for up 
to a one (1) month assignment. Initial placement will be onsite, if placement 
extends, future need may be done offsite and provided to NVMHI Staff. This will 
be done on an as needed basis.<br>Hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM - 4:45 
PM; 8 hours per day with no overtime or weekend need. Holiday pay is excluded, 
if a holiday falls during a work week, temporary staff would not work that day. 
Placement is subject to change based upon NVMHI staff needs.<br>Below is an
