*Job Description:*
*Position Summary:*
Responsible for development, testing and support for Workday integrations
with other internal/external systems.
Provide solution and integration development with Workday including
requirements, functional specs, design, custom development, integration,
testing, and deployment.
Works directly with Product Owner to ensure requirements are understood and
integration design meets needs of the business.
*Primary Responsibilities:*
System Implementation & Adoption
Workday Service & Support
Workday platform development
Workday Human Capital Management
Participate in and/or lead Workday integrations
Consult with the functional consultant(s) and other technical consultants
to design, build and deploy. Workday to meet customer business needs and
resolve complex integration issues
Perform analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues
Enhances data integration team accomplishments and competence by planning
delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for
less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team
members.
Evaluates data sources by interviewing users; defining, analyzing, and
validating data objects; identifying the relationship among data objects.
Validates data integration by developing and executing test plans and
scenarios including data design, tool design, data extract/transform,
networks, and hardware.
Updates job knowledge by tracking ETL strategies and technologies;
participating in educational opportunities; reading professional
publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional
organizations.
