Should be *familiar with all the requirements tools* (process flows, requirements document, requirement burn charts, traceability matrix,... ), how to apply them and when they should be used. Should be *familiar with all the testing tools* (test plan, test cases, test script with predetermined results, defect log,... ), how to apply them and when they should be used. Has *good business knowledge* as well as IT knowledge. *Be able to communicate to all level of management, customers, and project team* *members.* Digs to find the root cause of the problem, then thinks of alternatives to solving the problem.
