MOI : TELEPHONIC + FACE 2 FACE
- Capture and validate requirements specifications
- Document requirements specifications
- Develop UML and other diagrams as needed to support the
specifications
- Support software development life cycle including testing
Required:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an analyst
2. Working knowledge of systems analysis methodologies
3. Understanding of software development life cycle
4. Ability to follow business and technical processes to analyze systems
5. Undergraduate degree in IT Management, Computer Science, Engineering,
Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
and technical training
6. Advanced software skills with MS Word, MS Visio, MS Excel, and MS
Project
7. Candidate must be a highly organized, responsive, reliable,
pro-active and a self-starter requiring minimum supervision
8. Candidate must possess excellent verbal, interpersonal and written
communications skills, capable of providing technology briefings as needed
Desirable:
1. Experience with software development projects
2. Experience with software testing
3. Experience with requirements and test management tools
4. Experience with Agile software development methodology such as SCRUM
or Kanban
5. Experience with prototyping tools such as Axure
6. Experience with project tracking tools and process
- PMI certification is not required
- Project and task status updates
- Time management in support of project tasks
7. Industry knowledge of logistics or transportation management
