*Job Title* SAP Manufacturing Systems Analyst *Project Location* Minneapolis MN *Duration* 6 months /Contract *NOTE-MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH **SAP Manufacturing* * Skills Required and Job Description:* *MOI-TELEPHONIC+SKYPE* This position will assist IT in driving the completion of critical systems enhancements to support site specific manufacturing operations (85%) Additionally, this position will assist the global quality manager in the maturation and analysis of global quality data (15%) GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Consults with stakeholders regularly to identify needs, develop and implement proposals and solution Define and document solutions in a Global environment Facilitate knowledge sharing by creating and maintaining detailed, comprehensive documentation and diagrams Participate in project planning, design and maintenance of IT Infrastructure Develop and test key SAP enhancements for manufacturing Develops and maintains effective relationships with customers Responsible for proper escalation, communications, and management of production system problems Works with key manufacturing stakeholders to define enhancement roadmap and interfaces with Tennant IT to ensure adequate allocation of resources Accesses and analyzes Global quality data to support the continuous improvement of manufacturing quality performance Required Skills: Strong SAP knowledge required Expert level proficiency with Excel, to include visual basic capability Understanding of engineering statistical analysis processes. Understanding of a wide variety of manufacturing materials and processes. Strong creativity and problem solving skills. Ability to work in a team environment Ability to use initiative to develop and execute continuous improvement plans Effective oral and written communication skills. High level of initiative and strong desire to drive new ideas, components, and solutions into the manufacturing teams. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Project.
