* Position: Network Administrator Location: Lincolnshire, IL* *Duration: 12+ Months* *Experience (Years): *6-8 Years *Job Description:* · Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of experience in a technical Operations or similar engineering. · Experience in Technology infrastructure, such as Network, Monitoring, Systems, etc. · Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community and with vendors. · Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates. · Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions. · *Job Responsibilities*: · Managing Cisco LAN/WAN/Wireless network devices. This includes the design, installation, upgrade, configuration, and troubleshooting of the corporate network & Cloud Data Centers. · Install and maintain network hardware and software. · Analyze and isolate issues. · Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to users. · Evaluate and modify systems performance. · Identify user needs and Design & deploy networks. · Determine network and system requirements. · Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security. · Ensure network connectivity throughout a company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations. · Perform network address assignment. · Assign routing protocols and routing table configuration. · Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services. · Act as an escalation point for network issues from Network Administrators and the Service Desk. · Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance, inventory, and security measures associated with the company s data networks. · Monitor and test network performance, and provide network performance statistics and reports. · Managing of network security solutions, including firewall, and intrusion detection systems. · Participate in recommendations for future network/server upgrades. · Maintain integrity of network device deployment and security.
