Prepare specific process documentation following Good Documentation Practice guidelines. Act as first point of contact for any issues surrounding SDMS (tier 1) Address technical issues whenever required. Escalate issues to admins when necessary Provide regular updates on the ongoing work. Provide technical solutions to the problems/ issues faced.
