*Job Title: *Solution Architect - Loyalty/Rewards Systems

*Location:* Bethesda, MD

1.       Solution Architect: years

2.       Loyalty/Rewards Systems: years

3.       J2EE, Mobile, COTS and/or Mainframe environments: years

4.       Experience of large scale marketing systems, including but not
limited to Loyalty, Inbound and Outbound Campaign Management, Audience
Management, Personalization, and AB & MV testing: years

5.       Hospitality industry: years

6.       Varied technologies (e.g. distributed computing, reactive
architectures, microservices, APIs, Open Source, etc.): years



*Required:*

   - Minimum 10 years’ experience creating Architecture models and roadmaps
   that span the Technology, Application and Data layers for complex,
   high-available systems in J2EE, Mobile, COTS and/or Mainframe environments.
   - Experience of large scale marketing systems, including but not limited
   to Loyalty, Inbound and Outbound Campaign Management, Audience Management,
   Personalization, and AB & MV testing.
   - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certifications.
   - Ability to lead the architecture effort, working cross-functionally
   with multiple teams and stakeholders to gain solution consensus for complex
   business initiatives.
   - Ability to effectively document, make and rationalize technical
   decisions and communicate with impact the essential parts of the
   architecture through models and views.
   - Ability to create constructive relationships, influence, and
   communicate (to project team, IT management, and non-technical staff).



*Preferred:*

   - Experience authoring IT standards, frameworks and patterns across the
   Technology, Application and Data architecture domains
   - Experience in Marketing and Loyalty business systems in the
   hospitality industry.
   - Experience in developing and implementing strategic IT technologies
   and related processes, procedures, and decision support.
   - Experience with business requirements gathering/analysis.
   - Excellent technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols,
   and standards.
   - Experience in varied technologies (e.g. distributed computing,
   reactive architectures, microservices, APIs, Open Source, etc.)
   - Experience in project planning and management
   - Strong knowledge of the best available tools, software, applications,
   and systems for attaining best-in-class IT technology across the enterprise.
   - Extensive experience in multiple technical infrastructure design areas
   and in technology management.
   - Experience in core enterprise applications, application development
   tools.
   - Knowledge of software evaluation principles and practices.
   - Excellent understanding of change management and testing requirements,
   techniques, and tools.
   - Ability to lead complex, cross-functional problem-solving initiatives.
   - Experience in researching emerging technologies and trends, standards,
   and products.
