Please be informed that we have a direct client looking for a 2 BR apartment for rent in the Burj Residences. We already showed them something at AED 150k, 1 cheque, Burj view fully furnished. However, they prefer unfurnished apartments, which would obviously need to be priced lower than the offer we gave them, preferably with a 2 or 3 cheque payment. They are not interested in Old Town, 8 Boulevard Walk, South Ridge etc. Any offers have to be solely in the Burj Residences.
