My client is looking for Villa in Jumariah Area between Safa park till Al Menareh St, . 3 or 4 bed plus maid "in case if the maid room is not inside much better" . All bed room must have closet otherwise forget about it . Swimming pool and garden . Clean and useable for family . rent can be paid in 2 or 3 chq in case if your offer is tempting one chq can be consider .
