There are two parts to the funding.
Debt financing for the licensing and operations.
Equity financing for the shop.
The total project cost is AED 317,000 in the first year.
USD 86,849, GBP 57,014 or PKR 7,291,000.
The project is now 60% funded. Only 40% funding is left to be committed
for the
debt financing portion.
Extra funding is for expansion phases.
Return on debt financing.
20% per annum return for investors. Not compounded.
Expected return on investment 1.5 Years
6th business. Not a first time entrepreneur.
Based on my previous experience a variation of less than 10% from the
business
plan is expected in one year. This is for the core business design.
The equity financing portion can be used to buy the shop. The advantage
here is
that the investors get the rent and a running business at their location.
Rent is normally 8% of cost per year.
Capital appreciation is an extra potential benefit.
The minimum shop size is 500 sq ft. For this we are targeting a minimum
investment of 250,000 AED, USD 68,493, PKR 5,837,500
