The Documentation requirements are based on the existing batch processes. These processes written *in COBOL and NATURAL* are not fully documented. The applicant must be able to first quantify the effort involved in this documentation effort. Then deliver a scope of work, work plan, and resource requirment for doing the actual documentation. The ability to be able to read and interpret in english the batch processes is a requirement of the applicant.
