*Role: Loss Mitigation Business Analyst*
*Location: VA*
*Duration: 4 +months*
*Job Description:*

1. Develop End to End process design for *Loss Mitigation Activities*
2. Develop and maintain accurate process maps, data needs and *business
rules framework* for *Loss Mitigation**
*3. Document system agnostic business requirements and conduct story board
sessions with business users
4. Lay framework for test case creation
5. Analyze data to allow for informed decisions re : business rules,
process design etc.
6. Work with FRE resources to develop process metrics to measure through put
and efficiency.
*skill: Mid-level (5-7 yrs)*
- Develop and maintain information and documentation related to
developing and modifying business processes to eliminate variation, waste
and non-value added steps, and improve productivity and increase quality.
- Provide leadership to drive investigation of issues and eventual
resolution.
- Develop frameworks to facilitate business decision-making. Lead /
perform complex data analysis activities.
- Engage in data modeling and research alternatives for the development
of business requirements.
- Interview users to determine their need and determine business needs
and requirements for proposed new business processes.
- Research processes and compose/write business requirements. Identify
and resolve procedural and process problems with applicable business areas.
- Escalate issues as necessary and facilitate resolution.
- Develop business and technical subject matter expertise on business
applications systems.
*Desired experiance in: *
*Use Case development* ("Fully dressed use case" level), *UML: Activity
diagrams, State Diagrams* etc, data analysis via excel, data discovery
via *SQL,
Microsoft Visio, Rational USe Case modelling tools*, facilitating work
sessions to develop aforementioned artifacts.
