Requirement Details: Role : Project Manager with PMO Exp Duration : 6+months Location: NY P*MP certified PM with strong MS-Project experience* Required Skills: Experience with the following: • Large scale systems integration projects • Communicating with wide range of stakeholders from senior executives to individual contributors • MS Project CA Clarity, MS Office Suite, Project Governance, Project Schedule management, project status management • Communication plan development and management, vendor management Description: • Manage overall project schedule. • Manage project governance activities. • Manage project status reporting. • Coordinate management of individual tasks. • Manage user and IS meetings for the project. • Ensure team members communicate with requirements, test/QA, development, conversion, implementation, and user community members as appropriate to promote the success of the project. • Vendor data request management. • Coordination with Integration project team. • Coordinate data clean up and data scrubs with business owners. • Ensure development and implementation of lessons learned. • Coordinate with third parties. • PMO-primary point of contact for communication and issues • Coordinate status meetings with users. • Coordinate compiling of repeatable processes. • Accountable for assigned deliverables.
