Support Wholesale Access projects scheduled within monthly and adhoc Releases, including specific industry testing for introduction of a new ASOG. During integration testing through to delivery of code to the Production environment, process test ASR's/Orders, via upfront applications of AccOrd, CSG, EXACT and through interfacing systems such as BAAIS, VI, RequesNet through to order creation in the Service Order systems and billing system of CABS, opening trouble tickets against defects in the initiative requirements. Provide both regression and progression testing support by executing transactions manually in the WS applications as well as through the use of automation tools such as Winrunner and providing real time updates into testing Lotus and Quality Center databases. Provide testing knowledge and support to the I.T. Development teams Experience with various types and aspects of computer technologies, where subjective technical knowledge and creative problem solving skills are used to produce quality and well-behaving computer system/s. Active and engaging communication (written & oral) skills are also important. They must be having the fundamental knowledge of order entry and flow via the Access applications of AccOrd and/or Exact.
