*Midlevel testers with experience testing MSTR 8.1.1. Need experience with
HP Quality Center and QTP.*
* Sr Test Engineers* are needed for the MHAC Program. As a Sr Test Engineer
they are responsible for acting as the primary interface between technology
infrastructure and a specific business area to develop a UAT Test Approach.
Specifically, they develop and execute the UAT test plan, UAT test cases,
and UAT test data management plan. Due to the complexity of the program
they will be providing resolutions to an extensive range of complicated
problems and solutions that are innovative, thorough, and practical.

1. Experience creating and executing test plans, test
cases (including regression test cases) and test data management
2. Provides resolutions to an extensive range of
complicated problems.
3. Solutions are innovative, thorough, and practical.
4. Responsible for acting as the primary interface between
technology infrastructure and a specific business area.
5. Works under normal supervision. Follows established
directions.
6. Work is evaluated upon completion for adequacy in
satisfying objectives.
7. Interacts with senior customer personnel on significant
technical matters frequently.
8. Full software development lifecycle experience,
including COTS.
9. Ability to manage multiple workstreams at a time.
10. Manage requirements traceability information and track
requirements status throughout testing.
11. Experience in defect management and tracking.
12. Strong people skills required.
13. Experience in the financial services or mortgage
banking industry.
14. Ability to travel, if required
Preferred
1. Experience with loan processing.
2. Project Management Experience
