Job Name: *Amdocs QA Analyst * Location: Seattle,WA Minimum Duration: Long Term Number of open positions 15 Visa/SSN *No Restriction* Job Description: Be part of a QA analysis team for existing and upgraded billing systems. Quality Assurance Analysts at Client are responsible for working with the Business Analyst to review test requirements, develop test plans, test data and expected results necessary to thoroughly test the business requirements for billing system enhancements or new products. The Quality Assurance Analyst works with the environment support team to establish testing environments and resolve issues with the environments before the start and during execution. The analyst is responsible for executing the test plans to produce actual results, working with the Business Analyst to validate actual test results to expected results and ensure the test requirements are met. The analyst is also responsible for documenting and resolving testing issues and ensuring software is working while producing a high quality final product out of the test phase to be released into Production. The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all necessary sign-offs have been achieved, understanding and adhering to test planning and execution guidelines, processes, and standards, improving and documenting the testing process, reporting status of assigned test tasks and issues and escalating issues and risks to project management/team lead as required. Minimum Required Skills / Competencies: · Academic degree (preferred in computer Science) or equivalent experience. · *2+ yeas experience with – Amdocs products (Ensemble/Enabler)* · *Backgrounds in functional testing, performance/load testing, automated testing * · *Experience with one or more: java, xml, c#, .Net, PHP, Mercury Quality Center, Loadrunner, QTP * · Coordinate technical designs and ensure accurate and efficient interfaces exist between application components.
