*Title: Oracle HR/Payroll Consultant* Location: Sacramento, CA Start: ASAP Duration: 6 months Needed: An experienced consultant with strong technical orientation, SME, in the operations of Oracle Payroll HR application. Must also have strong business/functional experience with Oracle Payroll. Must have a strong understanding of the business side and the technical side. Must have functional and hands-on technical experience with Oracle Payroll. Must be able to program. Operational Payroll experience plus supervision required. Experience in all HR/Proroll functionality in Oracle 11.xx. Ability to perform in the capacity of a traditional super user for HR/Payroll. Inlcuding understanding of work flow, CA compensation law, transaction processing daily, monthly and year-end operations, report writing, *application configuration and optimization*. Ability to act as liason between the business and the technical development staff as well. Must have excellent communication skills.
