Duration: 12 months Rate:$40 * * *Role/Responsibilities:* - Assist in the installation and configuration of custom and commercially written software employed on the Microsoft Windows Server platform. - Assist in the installation and configuration of server and related network hardware, storage devices, and other peripherals employed by the group and related to the Microsoft Windows Server platform. - Develop and maintain accurate and thorough documentation for all assigned projects and problem resolutions. - Troubleshoot all Microsoft Windows Server components and Active Directory problems and issues and provide input on configuration settings. - Troubleshoot all custom and commercial applications installed to Microsoft Windows Server platforms and provide input on configuration settings. - Research, recommend, and incorporate the highest security settings possible on all software configured for the server environment and report possible security issues.
