*Job Title: .NET Lead/ Architect ( No Developer resumes please)* Location: Downtown Chicago, IL Duration: 6+ months Rate: $55/Hr *Additional Details:* ASP.NET 2.0 and above – with C#, AJAX, User/Server Controls Javascript N-Tier Architecture, solid understanding and experience in the different layers SQL Server 2005 and above with SQL/Stored Procedures SQL tuning Experience in big/enterprise level ASP.NET applications in a web farm environment Session state management Data caching Good object oriented design/methodology Focus on performance/best practices Windows/Web Services XML/XSLT Experience with designing/architecting Technical lead experience Good communication skills Large development team experience The Senior Developer is a lead programming role responsible for system architecture and designing, developing, and enhancing IT systems, applications and databases by securing function, performance and scalability. *Main Tasks/Responsibilities: * • Design and develop modules for front and back end Web Applications and production systems • Maintain designs and existing code, including debugging and enhancements • Provide technical guidance, support and help to IT Developers • Meet with key user groups to gather business requirements • Deliver technical solutions to generic business problems • Propose technical solutions to business problems on a proactive basis • Perform other duties as assigned by Director, VP or SVP • Assist in general IT activities * * *Requirements: * • Minimum 5 years of development and IT architecture and design experience • 4+ years experience in one or more of the following required: VB.NET, ASP, ASP.NET, JavaScript, C#, XML/XSL, SQL/TSQL • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, or related field preferred The ideal candidate should have experience in developing large scale web applications using .Net technologies with emphasis on backend SQL Server development.
