PeopleSoft HRMS- Self service Module consultant Location: Boston, MA Duration: 6 months Please target a resources who is strong technical resource that also understand hierarchy and how it relates to applications w/in HRMS. Client is looking for a solution to integrate the hierarchy and making sure the solution works for the self-service modules (which depend on hierarchy). They need someone who has some real strong hands on development experience and again understands hierarchy structures (b/c there are multiple), how they work with SS and preferably someone who has some hands on experience integrating/customizing hierarchy to meet client needs. Hands on experience working w/Self Service (MSS, ESS, eRecruit, TAM, ePerformance) would be next important skillset b/c in some cases both organizations have their own custom self service solutions (specifically MSS & eRecruit) final solution will need to meet the needs of both.
