Experience:
* Experience working within an Agile software development
methodology
* Core J2EE development of at least 8 years
* Web Services (using RPC style a plus)
* Spring 2.0
* Experience with an MVC architecture. Spring MVC preferred.
* Tiles Experience with implementing i18n / l10n in Java
* SQL and RDBMS experience of at least 5 years (Oracle 10g
preferred)
* Hibernate (version 3.0 preferred)
* WebSphere 6.1, Rational System Modeler and Rational Application
Developer experience a plus
* Java 5 a plus
* Security knowledge a plus (WS-Security & JAAS)
* Experience in multi-layered architectures (SOA)
* Experience architecting highly scalable, available and
performing applications.
* Experience with multiple application servers (Websphere, Jboss,
etc.)
* The person must have good written and verbal communication
skills and experience working as part of a mid to large development team.
* Debit, Prepaid or Processing experience a plus.
Education:
BS Degree or equivalent combination of experience and formal
education.
