*Role: SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)* Location: Houston, TX End Date: July 1st - extensions expected Number of Roles: 4 Maintenance Data Analysts (with SAP PM knowledge) x 2 Min 5 years experience in being a technician (instrument, mechanical, electrical, production) • Consultants will need “real life” maintenance experience Strong maintenance background. Working knowledge of SAP ERP PM (MM an advantage) Usually Plant Supervisors or Planner types that have “up skilled themselves in SAP.” So the SAP experience is less important to the client than the Maintenance experience. Offshore Oil & Gas experience preferred, although Process Industry experience is a substitute. Knowledge of Power Gen / Electrical Maintenance procedures also a substitute. Skill requirements: Ability to recognize and define plant and equipment that require Maintenance (maintainable unit) and understand their strategies Able to prepare plant maintenance data structures for data build. Identify plant from engineering drawings that performs a defined function within a process i.e. compressor, pump etc Identify object types • Determine the operating boundaries of the units • Re-model the plant in SAP using the company design criteria • Apply the company data design standard. Identify and close gaps. • Work diligently with the minimum of supervision whilst maintaining accuracy and integrity of data • Maintain a high standard quality output fully aligned with the design intent • Able to coach and train maintenance practitioners.
