*Role: PeopleSoft HCM* Location: Boston, MA Duration: 6 months 1. Good Consulting and Communication Skills 2. Good understating with Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) 3. Good understanding on Project Management skills – Plans, Tracking, Reporting, communication 4. Good understanding on Change Migration and Release process 5. Good Functional understanding with Core HR, ESS/MSS, eRecruit, Talent Management modules 6. Strong Technical understanding on PeopleTools, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, Tree Manager Setup, * * *Qualifications:* ? Bachelor's degree from an accredited university ? 5+ years of PeopleSoft HCM with at least 4 full life cycle implementation experience ? 5+ years of strong technical experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, Business Interlinks and SQR with HCM modules ? 3+ years of Functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules with at least 4 of the following PeopleSoft HR modules: Core HR, ESS and MSS, Talent Management, Compensation, Staffing and eRecruit ? 5+ years of strong experience with Tree Manager and integration points with all HCM modules. ? 3+ years of strong experience with PIA ? Experience with data & business process standardization. ? Demonstrates strong skills in project planning, execution strategy, issue escalation, and project communications as well as client relationship management. ? Excellent communication and presentation skills. *Preferred:* ? Oracle SOA experience and PeopleSoft ELM is a definite plus.
