Overview:
We have an opportunity that will be responsible for maintaining multiple
project build processes, local development environments, and software
releases. The primary objective for managing the support effort for the
applications in a DW environment.
Duties:
1. Must have 5+ yrs of oversight and Incident Management SME
2. Provide release management on an ongoing basis that includes
executing established release management processes such as release content,
timing, acceptance, rollout, etc .
* Demand and Resource Management - specifically managing a support
team of offshore (India-based) maintenance resources
* Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management - ensuring that the support
team is performing to established metrics (e.g., # of calls answered, time
to resolution, etc.)

Break-fix support
* Status and Service Level Reporting - reporting to management on
service level performance and status of enhancements/break-fix progress
3. Configuration Management - executing established application
configuration management processes
4. Change Management and Control - executing established application
change management and control processes
5. Service Request/Incident/Problem Management and
triaging/prioritizing
6. Provide metrics to the technical and management teams in order to
effectively track project progress
7. Excellent organizational skills for managing sequencing and
scheduling of tasks and activities in deployment scheduling
