*2 rounds of phone screen followed by an onsite in person interview* *Client will consider EAD, Green Card holders and US Citizens only* The Web Administrator is part of a team that supports and manages WebSphere environments to include installations, maintenance and tuning, monitoring and capacity planning. Researches and implements enhancements, monitors system performance and makes changes as needed. Provides system/technical expertise while managing application deployments and troubleshooting application and platform issues. *REQUIREMENTS*: · Knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform this job are typically acquired through five years of progressively responsible experience in Websphere administration that includes installation, troubleshooting, maintenance/upgrade strategies and performance tuning. · Knowledge of WebSphere clustering, load testing, best practices and proactive measures. · Knowledge of port communication infrastructure required through firewalls for distributed HTTP server and WebSphere. · General knowledge of all logs related to the product and ability to identify and analyze logs to find relevant errors pertaining to the product and applications. · Experience in LDAP administration. · Must be able to multitask, work independently as well as in a team. · Experience working with J2EE developers. · Knowledge of monitoring strategies. · Excellent oral and written communication skills. · Ability to analyze and resolve performance issues. · Strong understanding of Internet and networking concepts and practices. · Expertise in developing JACL/Jython scripts to automate deployments and builds. · Participates in 24x7 rotational on-call production Websphere administration support for business critical applications. · Additional requirements: Knowledge of Java/J2EE programming and SDLC concepts Knowledge of DB2, Oracle, and SQL concepts Knowledge of z\OS, AIX or Linux Knowledge of Web security (keys, certificates, trusts, etc.) Knowledge of MQ, JMS, SOAP Knowledge of Rational Application Developer Thanking you, Mamatha 630 364 1907 [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Business Objects User Group" group.
