Title: Sr. Siebel Systems Developer Location: Indianapolis, IN Length: 12+ Months Interview: Phone (will hire off phone) Rate: open all-inclusive Interview Process: First phone interview (very technical) will be with the Lead Developer, the final interview will be with the hiring manager (technical and non-technical). Description: Will work closely with the architecture team in the implementation of the technical, application and data architectures for a system. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: Translates business requirements to describe how to implement the system and performs detailed design on complex to very complex system components. Translates design into functional, well-documented code that follows standards, is easily maintained, and efficient. Performs analysis and conceptual design to ensure high-level designs are accurately documented and receive the appropriate stakeholder approval. Participates in definition of functional and non-functional requirements of a system. Required skills: * Strong Siebel 7/8 development background (3+ years) including experience in Siebel eScript and EAI integration with back-end data systems * Relational database background required (Oracle 10g preferred) * Ability to design and build Siebel components and integration based on Use Case requirements * Must have XML/XSLT development * Proven ability to document work and work in process driven development environment * Strong oral and written communication skills Preferred Skills: Siebel SmartScripts, Siebel Workflow, Siebel Assignment Manager, Siebel Correspondence Thanks, Pavan Ling Technologies, Inc.
