Location:Albany, NY

Mandatory Requirements:
1. Candidate must be a Functional consultant with at least 8 years
of experience with PeopleSoft Financial/Supply Chain Management (FSCM),
with at least 4 years experience with PeopleSoft v8.x or above
2. At least 8 years experience working with at least 4 of the
following PeopleSoft modules: Purchasing, Inventory, Asset Management,
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger
3. Candidate must possess technical experience with at least 1 year
of experience with PeopleSoft PeopleTools - Application Designer,
Application Engine, PeopleCode, Process Scheduler and Tree Manager
4. At least 6 years of experience with gathering and documenting user
requirements and specifications
5. At least 6 years of experience developing test plans, developing
test cases, executing tests and documenting results
6. At least 3 year of experience with PeopleSoft system configuration
7. At least 4 years of experience supporting a PeopleSoft production
environment, including user assistance and issue resolution
8. At least 2 years of experience with PeopleSoft 8.x Security
implementation and maintenance
9. At least 2 years of experience as a Functional Lead with
PeopleSoft FSCM v8.x or above
10. At least 3 years of experience with creation of new and modification
of existing reports using nVision, and PeopleSoft Query
11. At least 3 year of experience implementing Commitment Control for PS
Financials
12. At least 1 full life-cycle implementation (analysis, design,
development, implementation, production support, and maintenance) of
PeopleSoft FSCM v8.x or above
Desirable Experience:
(The Technical Evaluation of Requirement #1, 2, 3, and 4 will be allocated
a maximum of 50% of the available score. The Technical Evaluation of
Requirements #5 thru #14 will be allocated at the remaining 50%.)
1. At least 2 year of experience in designing complex customizations
using PeopleSoft FSCM v8.x or above
2. At least 2 year of experience in designing customized interfaces
using SQR or Application Engine with PeopleSoft.
3. At least 1 year experience with PeopleSoft 1099 processing
4. At least 2 year experience performing PeopleSoft Financials Fit
Gap Analysis
5. At least 2 year of experience working with PeopleSoft for a public
sector entity
6. At least 6 months of experience using Lotus Notes Applications
7. At least 6 months of experience using Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Visio)
8. At least 1 year experience with UNIX/AIX servers
9. At least 1 year of experience using Sybase ASE version 12.x or
higher
10. At least 1 year of experience conducting PeopleSoft user training
11. At least 1 year of experience implementing row level security in
PeopleSoft FSCM v8.x or above
12. At least 6 months experience with PeopleSoft Automated Item
Maintenance functionality
13. At least 6 months of experience in business process mapping for
conversion process
14. At least 1 year of experience implementing barcode functionality in
PeopleSoft Financials
