This role must be filled by a level 2 support person who has both business
and technical understanding of the three applications being supported:
Accounting, Investments and Client Services.
Must be passionate about trouble shooting, solving problems, excellent
communication skills and true focus on client services and working with
clients.
Financial Service Support experience a must – needs to have both technical
and BA experience

an experienced Application Support Analyst to join their growing
organization on a contract basis.
As an Application Support Analyst, you will work closely with business
analysts, developers and end users, and will be responsible for delivering
technical support to end users of the company's critical accounting and
investment applications. *This is a long-term, potentially multi-year
contract opportunity. *
*Requirements: *
· 5+ years of experience working in an Application Support role
focused on developing solutions and enhancements
· At least 2 years working in the Financial Services industry.
· A minimum of 1 year of application development experience with
Microsoft technologies, including ASP.NET and C#.
· Strong decision making, problem solving and communication skills.
· Working knowledge of systems design and architecture.
· SQL query and reporting technology skills are required.
· Education: BA/BS Degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or
related field.
