Details: *Rates: $40/hr Inc* *Houston TX* *BA- Essbase* Looking for an experienced Sr. Business Anlayst to gather requirements for a new set of operational reports to be designed and developed. - 5+ years as a business analyst leading and developing requirements for reporting applications. - Experience with Essbase cubes and cube technologies a big plus. - Experience with SQL and data movement (ETL) technologies a big plus. - Familiar with financial terms and operational metrics used in high level analysis by senior executives. - Able to talk IT with IT and business with business. - Ability to conduct user workshops, define requirements, write use and business cases, and design workflow processes. - Strong analytical and communication skills.
